Merge PDFs

Merge PDFs will take a list of PDFs of any size and convert it, without loss of quality, into a single PDF. Program features include drag and drop file handling, manual sorting and removal from the list to suit your final output.

You won't know you need this until you have a bunch of PDF files you want to make into a single file. I use it to collate the various PDF invoices I receive and to create a custom PDF portfolio of individual projects for client presentations.

App features:
  • Drag and drop file handling for importing files to the list.
  • Sort and delete controls to fine tune PDF placement.
  • Automatically removes file protections if applied to the individual documents.
  • It's fast - it will process around two thousand pages in 15 seconds, with a notification for long running tasks.
  • Customisable user interface to suit your preferences

This app is currently under development. Planned improvements include:

  • Sort list alphabetically or by file date order
  • Merge existing bookmarks in document list.
  • Combine Merge PDFs and PDF Splitter into a single application

Merge PDFs is free. It doesn't connect to the internet, gather telemetry or display advertisements. Use it and enjoy. If you would like to say thanks, consider making a donation via PayPal.

For commercial use, consider a white-label version of this app. Customisation includes your branding including app name, logo and colour scheme and removal of my own details. Contact me for details.
